About this list

The list of the Javid-Nam in Golestan province is not complete. The real number of those killed and executed from Gorgan, Gonbad-e Kavus and Azadshahr is higher, and we record only a name that has a source. The largest share comes from the Iran Human Rights Society with 61 cases; followed by HRANA / Human Rights Activists in Iran with 57, Iran International with 48 and iranhrs.org with 35 cases. 9 names also appear in a list that the office of the President published on 12 Bahman 1404. Every name from this province has at least one source, but some only one; sometimes one person also appears in the sources under two names. For 20 people a description of their life is available. If you knew one of the victims from Golestan, share your memory or correction with us.
