Armin Dadfar
Armin Dadfar, 21 years old, son of Mokhtar, was from the village of Sartang in the county of Badreh. According to the source, on Thursday, 18 Dey 1404, in the popular protests in Ilam he was hit by a direct shot from a military weapon and lost his life. The source introduces him as a young Kurd. 18 Dey 1404 is one of the five days that have three names in Ilam.
Those executed
For most of those executed in Ilam, our sources have said nothing but name and date, and for a few only a single line about their family. Mohammad Rasoul Choulaki, 23 years old, married and the father of a two-year-old child, was executed on 22 Aban 1398. Sattar Arghandeh, 45 years old, father of two children, was executed on 18 Khordad 1401; the same day that has three names in the list for Ilam. Mansour Mansouri, 44 years old, whom the source considers single, was executed on 21 Esfand 1402; this day also has three names.
At risk of execution
Mehdi (Sikan) Roshani, whom the source introduces as a Kurdish political prisoner, has been sentenced to death by the Revolutionary Court of Ilam on the charge of “moharebeh” (enmity against God). According to the source, he has been accused of killing a police officer. This is the charge that the authorities have attributed to him, not a verdict of his guilt. The source adds that he was severely beaten during transfer and interrogation and that “signs of electric shocks and lashes were visible all over his body.” Our data lists him on 21 Mordad 1405 among those at risk of the execution of the sentence.
About the sources and the incompleteness of this list
