Abolfazl Paydarnia
Abolfazl Paydarnia, 17 years old, was killed on 18 Dey 1404 by the shooting of security forces. The source writes that his last wish was this: “That after my death they remember me as a good person.” This page tries to do just that. After his death, his family held a birthday celebration for him in Sabzevar; according to the source, agents attacked this ceremony with batons and stun guns, arrested his mother, his sister's child and his maternal uncle and took them to the camp in Torbat-e Heydarieh, and 5 other women were also arrested at the same ceremony.
Ali Karabi and Sajjad Ordoni Kavir
Ali Karabi, 27 years old, was from Sabzevar but lived in Karaj and “worked as an engine mechanic.” On 19 Dey 1404 he was shot from behind in the Narmak district of Tehran and, according to the source, despite his severe injury “made his way alone to the ‘Ansar’ hospital in Tehran,” but he died that same night. He was buried in Sabzevar. After his family lit candles on his grave, his gravestone was destroyed and some members of the family were summoned by the security bodies.
Sajjad Ordoni Kavir, 23 years old, son of Hossein, was from Zabol and lived in Nehbandan, and the source calls him Baluch. He was killed in the protests in Sabzevar by a military bullet to the head. His body, according to the source, was handed over after two weeks with threats against his relatives and was buried in Nehbandan.
Fathers who were executed
About those executed in Sabzevar, the sources have mostly spoken of their children. Amanollah Rakhshani, 40 years old, who was executed on 10 Azar 1401, was “the father of 5 young children.” Yaser Narouei, 30 years old, executed on 18 Farvardin 1400, “was married and had four children.” Mousalreza Ebrahimi, 24 years old, was executed on 24 Mordad 1403 and Reza Zardkouhi, 31 years old, one day later, on 25 Mordad 1403; both “married and with one child.” Heydar Amiri, 32 years old, who was executed on 24 Azar 1404, was also the father of one child. The charge attributed to these men is what the authorities stated, not a verdict of guilt.
