Rasoul Badparan, 41 years old, was killed on 18 Dey 1404 during the popular protests in the town of Alvand, Qazvin Province, by gunfire from the military-security forces of the Islamic Republic. The burial ceremony was held on 21 Dey at the cemetery of the town of Alvand.

Rasoul Badparan, 39 years old and from Kermanshah Province, lost his life on the evening of 18 Dey 1404 during the popular protests in the town of Alvand, Qazvin Province, after being hit by live ammunition of the repressive forces, and his body was buried on 20 Dey 1404 at the Behesht-e Fatemieh cemetery in Alvand.
