The case

• After going through the stages of appeal to the Supreme Court, retrial, rejection of the defendants' pardon requests in the provincial and central commissions and obtaining the necessary permits (IRNA, 20 Aban 1404), Mr. Ja'farzadeh was executed together with two of his co-defendants at dawn on 18 Aban 1404 in Urmia Central Prison.

  آقای جعفرزاده پس از طی مراحل فرجام‌خواهی، اعاده دادرسی، رد درخواست عفو متهمان در کمیسیون‌های استانی و مرکزی و اخذ مجوزهای لازم (ایرنا، ۲۰ آبان ۱۴۰۴)، به همراه دو تن از هم‌پرونده‌ای‌هایش بامداد ۱۸ آبان ۱۴۰۴ در زندان مرکزی ارومیه اعدام شد.
