  بر اساس گزارشات دریافتی سازمان حقوق بشر هانا: در جریان اعتراضات دی ماه ۱۴۰۴، یک شهروند کُرد با هویت “میلاد باغ فلکی” ۳۵ ساله و اهل استان کرمانشاه، در فلکه پنج فردیس شهرستان کرج، بر اثر شلیک مستقیم نیروهای سرکوبگر جمهوری اسلامی ایران جان خود را از دست داده است.
