این شهروند کُرد روز شنبه ۱۳ دی ۱۴۰۴، در جریان اعتراضات مردمی ملکشاهی، از ناحیه سر هدف اصابت گلوله قرار گرفت و پس از انتقال به بخش مراقبت‌های ویژه بیمارستان خمینی ایلام، با سطح هوشیاری پایین بستری بود.» به گفته این منبع، عصر روز دوشنبه ۱۵ دی ۱۴۰۴، فارص پس از سه روز بستری ‌شدن، به دلیل شدت جراحات وارده در بیمارستان جان خود را از دست داد.
