Pejman Fakhri was killed on 18 Dey 1404 during the popular protests on Taq-e Bostan Boulevard, Kermanshah, by live ammunition fired by forces of the Islamic Revolutionary Guard Corps (IRGC).

Hana Human Rights Organisation has learned: on the evening of Thursday, 18 Dey 1404, a Kurdish citizen identified as Pejman Fakhri, from the village of "Armanijan Dinavar", lost his life during the popular protests on Taq-e Bostan Boulevard in Kermanshah as a result of direct live fire by the repressive forces.
