• He was a child of a large and relatively poor family of the Rigi tribe, one of the Baluch tribes

• Mr. Rigi had 6 brothers. One of them was killed in an armed clash in the Saravan area. His youngest brother was killed in a suicide operation at a police headquarters in Saravan, and his older brother was executed in Zahedan in 1389
