According to reports received by Hana Human Rights Organisation: on the evening of Thursday, 18 Dey 1404, a Kurdish citizen identified as "Masoud Sahami" from Eslamabad-e Gharb lost his life during the popular protests in this county from direct shooting by the repressive forces of the Islamic Republic of Iran.

It is not yet clear to Kurdpa whether, for the handover of this victim's body, the family was forced to pay a sum or sign a written pledge; however, informed sources had earlier told Kurdpa that government bodies had received sums of between 700 million and one billion tomans from families for handing over the bodies of those killed in Kermanshah, and that families had been forced to pay these sums.

According to informed sources, regarding those killed in Eslamabad-e Gharb, in most cases the security bodies did not allow families to bury the bodies in this city's cemetery, and they were forced to take the bodies of their loved ones to villages around this county for burial.
