Zeinab (Sahar) Fard, an Iranian women's taekwondo champion, was a bodybuilding and Pilates coach in Qarchak who was killed on 18 Dey 1404 near Kalantari Square in Qarchak by government forces of the Islamic Republic with a live round to her temple. In taekwondo she had become champion of Tehran Province and national runner-up and had also been invited to the women's national taekwondo team camp, but she found the radical, religious and rigid atmosphere of the Taekwondo Federation under the management of IRGC general "Mohammad Pouladgar" stifling and had turned to Pilates and women's bodybuilding. Sahar was a hard-working girl, kind and caring towards her students. She loved dancing and reciting poetry, and even in the hardest moments of her life she had a smile. For the children she was not just a coach; she was a friend, a companion and a sister.

زینب (سحر) فرد، قهرمان تکواندو زنان ایران، مربی بدنسازی و پیلاتس در قرچک بود که در ۱۸ دی ۱۴۰۴ در نزدیکی میدان کلانتری قرچک توسط نیروهای حکومتی جمهوری اسلامی با شلیک گلوله جنگی به شقیقه‌اش کشته شد. او در رشته تکواندو به مقام قهرمانی استان تهران و نایب قهرمانی کشوری رسیده و به اردوی تیم ملی تکواندو زنان هم دعوت شده بود، اما فضای رادیکال، مذهبی و خشک فدراسیون تکواندو در دوران مدیریت سردار پاسدار «محمد پولادگر» را تنگ دیده و به سراغ رشته پیلاتس و بدنسازی زنان رفته بود. سحر دختر پرتلاشی بود، مهربان و دلسوز برای شاگردهایش. او عاشق رقص بود و شعر خواندن، و در سخت‌ترین لحظات زندگی‌اش هم لبخند داشت. برای بچه‌ها فقط مربی نبود، دوست بود، همراه و خواهر بود.
