The case
- At 5:45 a.m. the noose was placed around Shahla's neck, and after the court's verdict was read out, Ms. Saharkhizan's brother, as the representative of the victim's heirs (awliya-ye dam), pulled the stool from under Ms. Jahed's feet and ended her life
