• Mr. Kamal Sadeq Qader was shot and killed between 6 and 7 p.m. on 25 Farvardin 1395 near the bridge of the village of Gokhlan near the city of Penjwen in Iraqi Kurdistan, together with one of his friends and longtime colleagues, named Sediq Abdollah Ali, who was with him that day
