• Afroogh, a 17-year-old teenager and wrestler, first fell to the ground on the evening of Friday, 19 Dey, in the Shadabad neighbourhood of Tehran from a shotgun blast, and then someone approached him and delivered a coup de grâce with live ammunition to the heart and abdomen, the severity of which caused the immediate death of this teenager. A considerable sum was demanded from the family for the handover of his body, and there had also been an attempt to present him as a member of the Basij. Yazdan's friends describe him as a calm, sport-loving teenager hopeful about the future.

  افروغ، نوجوان ۱۷ ساله و کشتی‌گیر، در شامگاه جمعه ۱۹ دی‌ماه در محله شادآباد تهران ابتدا با شلیک سلاح ساچمه‌ای به زمین افتاد و سپس فردی به او نزدیک شده و با گلوله جنگی به ناحیه قلب و شکم او تیر خلاص زد که شدت جراحات وارده باعث جان‌باختن فوری این نوجوان شد. برای تحویل پیکر او از خانواده مبلغ قابل توجهی مطالبه شد و همچنین تلاش شده بود که او به‌عنوان عضو بسیج معرفی شود. دوستان یزدان او را نوجوانی آرام، ورزش‌دوست و امیدوار به آینده توصیف می‌کنند.
