• A 16-year-old school student named "Mohammadmehdi Roosta" was killed on the evening of Thursday, 18 Dey, in Shiraz by direct shooting of Basij forces. He was a school student; he went to school during the day and in the afternoons worked in his father's fruit shop. On Ghahremanan Street in Shiraz, shots were fired at protesters from inside a Basij base. A live round hit him in the neck, and he was killed due to the severity of the injury and heavy bleeding from the main artery. He was buried on 19 Dey with a number of relatives and residents of his father's village present.

  دانش‌آموز ۱۶ساله‌ای به نام «محمدمهدی روستا» در شامگاه پنجشنبه ۱۸ دی در شیراز با شلیک مستقیم نیروهای بسیج کشته شد. وی دانش‌آموز بود، روزها مدرسه می‌رفت و عصرها در مغازه میوه‌فروشی پدرش کار می‌کرد. در خیابان قهرمانان شیراز از داخل پایگاه بسیج به سمت معترضان شلیک شد. یک تیر جنگی هم به گردن او خورد و از شدت جراحت و خونریزی شدید شریان اصلی کشته شد. وی در ۱۹ دی با حضور شماری از نزدیکان و اهالی روستای پدری‌اش به خاک سپرده شد.
