How they died

Mohsen Hosseinian Moghadam, 38 years old, was killed on Thursday, 18 Dey 1404, in the protests in "Masour", Khorramabad, by a direct shot of the armed forces of the Islamic Republic to his head.

Mohsen Hosseinian Moghadam, a 38-year-old citizen from Khorramabad and resident of the Masour neighbourhood, was killed on the evening of Thursday, 18 Dey 1404, by a direct shot to the head by forces of the Islamic Republic. A source close to the Hosseinian Moghadam family told IranWire that from the night of 18 Dey the family's repeated calls to him went unanswered and for three days there was no information about his fate. During this time the family went to various prisons and morgues but received no answer. According to this source, on 21 Dey the family had been told that Mohsen was being held in prison, but this claim was not true.

They were even told that Mohsen had been arrested, but in the end one of his relatives identified Mohsen's body from the tattoos on his body.
